Liability Waiver /Indemnity
By purchasing/obtaining an Okuden knife or accessory, the customer assumes all responsibility for knowing and understanding all applicable laws (International, Federal, State and Local) related to its possession and use. The customer hereby indemnifies and holds harmless, Okuden from all claims resulting from possession, ownership, purchase use or transport of it's products in violation of said laws. Okuden products are intended for legal purposes only and is not liable for the misuse of any of it's products regardless of how they were obtained.

Knives: Knives are hand made and will have variations in color, texture materials and dimension.
M-PAS: When properly used, the M-PAS is very secure. However, the customer assumes all responsibility for it's correct use and therefore assumes all liability for any loss or damage resulting from its use.
